Shipping Methods
Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment receipt and shipped
within 1
to 2 business days thereafter. Orders are usually shipped via USPS
Priority Mail. Larger or heavy items are usually shipped Fed Ex or UPS
ground more economically. If you are in a rush we can give you a quote
on overnight or expedited shipments, just send an e-mail for a quote on
any extra services.
For
International Shipments USPS Priority International is preferred
however at times we may be able to give you a quote for USPS First
Class International for smaller items. Please e-mail for shipping
charges.
Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email.
Shipping Times
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Any orders placed
on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.
Returns, Damaged Items, & Conditions
I have a three day return policy. I try my best to
describe my items in a very detailed manner so you should know what
your getting. I will accept returns if contacted within three days of
delivery, if item is not as described and the item is returned to me in
the same condition as when I shipped it, but you will have to pay
return shipping. Please contact me within three days of receipt. I do
not accept returns that have been shipped outside the US due to the
shipping costs.
If you have received an item broken or damaged
in shipping please contact me immediately. Keep all shipping materials
as they may be needed for an insurance claim. I will coordinate with
you on any insurance claim. This is a rare occurrence but did happen
once on a slow boat to Australia!
