EAPG Cupid and Venus MUG or CUP Richards/Hartley 1800's

"CUPID & VENUS" pattern with cupid and woman in a cameo is the pattern is the pattern made by Richard & Hartley, Flint Glass Co. of Pennsylvania. This pattern was also known as "GUARDIAN ANGEL". This is a true antique, being produced over 100 years ago! Beautiful piece of early American pattern glass! This piece is crystal clear with a crisp mould strike. Has a smooth rim around base, sits flat. Top rim has roughness with pinpoint flakes. There are also some fine stress lines on extreme upper flat surface of rim. Handle has some mould line roughness as well. These very minor flaws and shear lines are common in this type of old glass.
